I take your privacy very seriously. I do not keep personal data any longer than necessary to process your order or book a workshop. I will not resale your personal data. I have no access to your payments details.
All items will be sent first class signed fore for the UK and internal tracked and signed for international shipment.
Embroideries will be sent special delivery with the appropriate insurance.
It usually takes me 3-5 days to prepare your parcel and send it. Any items on backorder may take up to 3 weeks.
Commissions delivery timelines will be discussed at the time of order.
In compliance with the distance selling regulations, you may return an item(s) to us unused and unopened within fourteen working days of receipt for a full refund (the customer will bare the cost of the return postage). Outside of this fourteen day period, items can only be refunded or replaced if faulty.
Damaged/faulty items must be returned before a replacement is sent or a refund issued; the cost of returning the items will be reimbursed.
In the case of lost items the post office claim procedure will be taken up before a replacement item is sent; proof of posting is obtained for all orders. Please use standard mail service provided by your mail carrier (we cannot refund items sent by courier services) and please obtain proof of posting. Return your items to the address on the back of the package (or alternatively contact us if needed).
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
If we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be given.
I welcome custom orders, but regret that these cannot be refunded unless faulty.
