Postage

All items will be sent tracked 48 for in the UK and international tracked for international shipment.

Unfortunately I can no longer ship to Europe and Northern Ireland due to regulations.

Current shipping timelines may vary from time to time and are disclosed on the shop page. If you need an item sooner, it is recommended to contact me first to arrange quicker shipping timelines. It may not always be possible.

All custom fees and extra tariff remains the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

In compliance with the distance selling regulations, as a consumer, you may return an item(s) unused and unopened within fourteen working days of receipt for a full refund (the customer will bare the cost of the return postage). Outside of this fourteen day period, items can only be refunded or replaced if faulty.

Orders placed by or on behalf of a business are business-to-business transactions and are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. Returns of non-faulty goods purchased for business purposes are accepted only at our discretion. Where a return is agreed, goods must be unused and in their original saleable condition, return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Damaged/faulty items must be returned before a replacement is sent or a refund issued; the cost of returning the items will be reimbursed.

In the case of lost items the post office claim procedure will be taken up before a replacement item is sent; proof of posting is obtained for all orders. Please use standard mail service provided by your mail carrier (we cannot refund items sent by courier services) and please obtain proof of posting. Return your items to the address on the back of the package (or alternatively contact us if needed).

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

If we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be given.

I welcome custom orders, but regret that these cannot be refunded unless faulty.

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
