I have no control over postal delays so once your item is shipped, I cannot do anything.

Everything, regardless of value is shipped tracked for peace of mind.

If you order an item on backorder or pre-order, I will ship as soon as available but keep in mind it may not be in the next post run.

If you overpay postage, I will reimburse you. The minimum postage fee will be £3.70 for UK large letter tracked and packaging.

I am unable to ship to most EU countries due to the packaging licence requirements that is prohibitive for small businesses. However, Shipping to Belgium, Germany and Norway is currently available. If your country is not on the list, please do contact me first so I can confirm if I can ship and shipping fees. Thank you.

ONLINE classes now available

I offer classes via Zoom video calling. You select the kit, we agree on a date, and using video calling I will teach you embroidery just like in a real life workshop.

Everybody who knows me will know that I survive on coffee and sarcasm so I had to set up a "buy me coffee" page, it just makes sense! Joking aside, I am working on new projects for next year including a stitch club.
